Off topic - my ip address is banned?

Hey guys

Im trying to figure out why my IP address is banned? Im always logging onto HW through my phone and now i cant log on unless im using a WIFI network, when i try to use my cellular data it says my IP address is banned.

Anyone have this problem?
What could i have possibly done?

Steve,
My phone did the same thing a few weeks ago.

I went in and ran a security check...(nothing), cleared all my cookies, reset my advertising IP, deleted my apps then I turned my phone off overnight. It reset it somehow. I had to reload my apps though. If it hadn't I was going to reset my phone.

I guess it could have just worked itself out but I was tired of waiting.
