Hi all, I haven't been diagnosed with crohns but I got severe symptoms about
8 months ago and I'm figuring out if its crohns. My consultant thought it might of been an infection. I had a calproctecin levels of greater than 6000 wen I got sick. I did my calproctecin again a few months later and it was less than 15. My consultant basically said because the levels are bk to normal it was more likely an infection but I'm now seeing a nutrienist and did my calproctecin again and it's now 190. Could this be crohns? I mite also have SIBO. I also have IBS. A few months after i got sick my colonoscopy showed inflammation but biopsy said showed no evidence of crohns. And MRI was normal but my symptoms at that point had gone. Does anyone know wats considered high? I'm not sure my next move as I don't feel that sick at the moment to be having more tests as they will probably come bk normal but if I do have inflammation which I clearly do I don't want to be causing any damage. I just don't want to do with these results? Thanks everyone
