Ok how do doctors define chronic gastritis from non chronic gastritis?
Does a gastritis patient have to suffer gastritis for six months or one year or two years or for longer to be considered as a chronic gastritis patient?I have not found any definite definition of chronic gastritis.
But I have read on the net some saying they suffered from gastritis for years like three-four years even a decade or more with recurring gastritis pain.
Another question do all gastritis patients generally suffer pain on the (belly surface area/just under the skin of that part of belly)? In my case it is two centimeters above the navel region.I am guessing this type of pain probably occurs in different part of belly in each gastritis patient.
One last question, Can I keep fruit juice (papaya, orange) bought from juice shop in deep freezer or freezer on a fridge? Can I drink it after two-three days later without losing all the vitamins like vitamin C ,A?The juice is directly made from the fruit using a blender and they don't add any preservatives. So it's not the same juice like canned or bottled juice.
I did ask the staff at the juice shop whether I can store the Juice in freezer and drink it a day or two later. They said I can but it's better to drink same day as it is made.Another thing I read somewhere on net that juice made by blender/juicer etc gets it's vitamins/minerals broken down pretty soon after they are made.So if I store the juice shortly after it's made in a freezer and drink it a day or two later will I still get the vitamin C, A etc?
You may ask why Don't I drink two or three glasses?Well vitamin C is irritating for gastritis patients. So I would like to drink no more than a glass of juice a day.
