Pain.. what is it?!

Hi guys,
I once belonged to this forum years ago. Quick history on me, I was diagnosed at the age of 15 in 2011, i am now 22. I have been fairly healthy, had my gallbladder removed 2 years ago and have been mostly in remission for the last 4 years. For about 2-3 weeks now I have been having awful pain in my abdomen. It comes in waves and it makes me very nauseas. I have to breathe through the pain, and there has been a few times where I vomit after the wave of pain. It almost feels like my insides are being squeezed. Then it will go away for a day and come back. Not having too many bowel issues, I generally do have bouts of diarrhea but it's not every day! I have been trying to make an appointment with my GI doctor but he hasn't been answering. I'm fine tonight but last night was definitely considering going to the ER. Any thoughts?

Yes, if the pain comes back, go to the ER. It sounds like obstruction pain to me as well.
