i just saw the news that action star Chuck Norris took on medical device manufacturers in a lawsuit filed in California on Wednesday alleging gadolinium used in MRI imaging scans poisoned his wife.

I am wondering if they use gadolinium in CT Scan also?

not sure what type of contrast is used on CT scans. but for me the bigger concern with CT scans would be the radiation.

Its not the same- ct uses iodine based contrast-

Lab: It's good to know. I was reading the story that gadolinium can stay in the human brain or other body tissues for a long time and can be toxic to some people.
