Align Probiotic Class-Action Settlement

If any of you have bought Align probiotics in the last 9 years, there is a class-action settlement. It doesn't look like it was dangerous, but it just didn't work as claimed (surprise, lol).

I did submit a claim. You can only claim up to two packages, so it amounts to a money back guarantee. I felt a little guilty because none of the probiotics have helped me much, so why is Align singled out?

I agree, I haven't had much success overall with probiotics, either. I was reading the information on the website, and it says that this is a settlement, not a win from a trial. So P&G isn't admitting they did anything wrong, but it was cheaper to settle than to pay lawyers to go to court. I don't know who originally brought the claim, though.
