Infliximab trough level: Study

I got the results of infliximab trough level. It's 4.8 in week 4. Last July, it was 10.8 in week 4.
I came across this study:

It mentions that perianal fistula healing occurs with high levels of infliximab (15.8) whereas low levels (4.4) indicate active disease. I think that's why my fistula never heals after 2 years on Remicade.

Is this right and did I get it correctly? I read it several times. If yes, I do agree. When I had this trough level test done last week, I was in the middle of a flare up.

I wouldn't know anything about all that.
All I know is, Remicade closed up my fistula in less than 2 months, but 5 months it reopened again. My doc put me at 6 weeks, max dose, but it never closed up again.
After 8 years of living with it, I finally had two surgeries to get rid of it. I haven't gone to my postop appointment yet, so I can't confirm it was a 100% successful, but I went from having stool drainage every day to almost never.
I don't want to bum you out, but I believe that if Remicade hasn't fixed your fistula after two years, it's not going to. Unfortunately, none of the other drugs will either.
