Why!? Why!? Well its returned...a perianal abscess. Its in the exact same spot as the last 2 times. So im wondering if there is a fistula that hasnt been found yet.

Sorry about that, Bucko. Although it is more evidence that you have Crohn's and not IBS... :/

Can crohns cause a painful swollen tongue and red throat with white splotches? It doesnt look like strep.

It could be thrush.
