Pain, is it crohns again, is it adhesions or what else could it be

I had my colon take out in september and still have my rectum which is still giving some issues but not mcuh pain but i have had 2 episodes of upsetting pains in the upper mid tummy an sides even feeling like it hurr in my chest today,, could it have been a blockage? but it went away within hours on its own, o and the first episode i vomited 3 times or so,, I was told by my gi afew weeks ago it could be adhesions,, how do they check for those he didnt say they would test to see if i had that,, he did me a blood test an poo sample test which i got results of an both are normal,, also he will do mri he told me but i dont know when,, i never had crohns in my small bowel that i know of but we have only known i have crohns since sept but i had an mri before i got ill in sept an it was normal,,, what is the likely explanation for these pains i have only had 2 episodes of and they were1 month apart, an normally lately im totally pain free except today been having pain in the bum that must be my rectum still diseased

Thanks i told the gi about these pains he didnt seem worried , i thought it must be crohns coming back but he said maybe just adhesions,,, well im going to get an mri one day not sure when , hopefully it will show up anything ialways worry now that tests will miss things because when i had colonoscopy the biopsies came back as normal but 3 month later had my insides removed so it was not a helpful test lol
