is this anemia from blood loss typically? i've been worthless today, unable to move around much and getting up and bending down have made my head miserable. also difficult to focus my eyes.

Can you check your blood pressure? It sounds like what happens to me when it's low. It could be from anemia/ blood loss or dehydration usually responsible for this in most cases. Do you get head pain/ ache when you bend over?

Sounds like low blood pressure. Many pharmacies or even some grocery stores have machines that can check it if you don't have one yourself at home. I personally think it's worth investing in a blood pressure cuff and pulse-ox to have on hand at home.

yes, as Scifigal said, see if you can get it checked at a pharmacy and/or pick up one of the home monitors and pulse ox. most pharmacies carry those too. check to see if the pulse ox says your heart rate is high especially with standing which would be a sign of the low blood pressure and anemia. keep drinking as much water as you can to stay hydrated.
