CT Scan - Nodules in Pelvis

Just had a CT since its been 1 year. Something new showed up but don't think its really an issue? Wondering what the Dr will tell me or if he will want another colonoscopy right now.. Had 1 5 months ago?

There are questionable polypoid nodules in the terminal
ileum measuring up to 1.4 cm. These were not diffusely seen on the prior study. There is no evidence of bowel wall
thickening or bowel obstruction. The appendix is normal.
There is no lymphadenopathy. No ascites or implants.
No aggressive osseous lesions.
Impression:
1. Questionable polypoid nodules in the terminal ileum, which were not definitely visualized on the prior study. Consider
further evaluation with direct visualization at colonoscopy. No evidence of bowel obstruction or bowel inflammation.
2. Colonic diverticulosis without evidence of diverticulitis.

I think you may have just answered my question. I went back to see the report and it said that there were a few ulcers there and biopsies were taken. So I am assuming these are the ulcers that he saw?
He told me I have 3 things.. 1) Crohns 2) an Ulcerative disease (didn't use the word colitis though) and 3) constipation issue.. I keep asking the Dr what exactly is it called that is causing so much pain and that's the answer he gave me

after I posted my reply, I did wonder why al my other ulcers didn't show up.. I will see what my Dr says since its something that didn't show up last year. Thank you and happy holidays to you and your family!
