NCOT,
How are you feeling? Any improvements?
I'm not sure :-/
For the first few weeks, there weren't any improvements. But now I think things are a bit better - less urgency (although it hasn't gone away completely unfortunately) and abdominal discomfort. However, I've had these sort of (very) brief lulls before and I need more time to make sure it isn't that. To be honest, I've been suffering from depression so badly, I haven't been paying that much attention to my Crohn's.
Thanks for the link. I doubt very much I would get funding for Stelara every 4 weeks, even though I suspect I would be one of the ones who would benefit from the increased dose...
@UB - If the Stelara fails, I don't think I have the energy to chase anything else up. I'm thinking of surgery if it does. That guarantees I will never feel another hideous urge ever again. But then I have to get used to a stoma all over again, with all that entails. I don't know if I'm ready for that yet.
