Adhesions

I recently had a Magnetic resonance (MR) enterography done as my GI doctor wanted to see if she remove 6-MP from my cocktail and just keep the Inflectra. The scan showed some adhesions between the sigmoid and small bowel, most likely resulting from a prior surgery. I don't feel any pain nor any feeling of blockage. I have been trying to get a hold of my GI doctor but she's been hard to reach. I am a bit anxious. Is this okay?
