Crohns causing tendonitis

I have been suffering with tendonitis in my wrists since before Christmas. I just read that crohns can cause tendonitis…and peripheral arthritis could be a possibility too. Does anyone suffer from this? I am going to my doctor tomorrow for the second time in 3 weeks because so far nothing has helped relieve the pain in my right wrist. He says it is from overuse as I was crocheting nearly everyday around the holidays. But now I have noticed the pain in my left wrist and fingers too. I have followed doctors orders, but the pain actually keeps me awake at night.

No, it is inflammation of the tendons in my wrist/thumb. Doc says it is de quervains tenosynovitis. 😵‍💫. After a month of it not improving even after wearing a brace, they took-rays and see that on top of it I have some pretty substantial arthritis in my wrist. So next stop is an orthopedic doctor who hopefully gives me a big old shot of cortisone. My doctor said on Tuesday that ulcerative colitis is more apt to cause tendon problems before crohns, so there is that.
