I took my first Remicade treatment right around the time I got pregnant. I don't know if I was pregnant before or after but I went on to have a healthy happy baby who is now 5 years old. I don't know if it was the Remicade that put me into remission or the pregnancy itself but I had no problems again until after I had her. Then later on my gallbladder stopped working and a year later (I hadn't taken Remicade again) my CD started up again. I had trouble with my insurance and by the time they finally agreed to let me have Remicade again, I had already been hospitalized. After my 3rd treatment, I became allergic to it. But to answer your question - the Remicade didn't seem to have an effect on my pregnancy but like I said, it was right about the time of conception that I had the infusion.
