Went to the health food store today and found Nature's Way Primadophilus Reuteri. But it cost twice as much at the store as it does on line. Was wondering if it is ok to order it online since it is suppose to be refridgerated..... Thanks in advance.

I have not used that brand however the types I have used are not refrigerated but tell you to place it in the fridge once you open it. I wonder if it not being in the fridge upon purchase affects it?

As long as you make sure whoever ships it to you guarantees they'll send it cold-packed then it's fine...Contact vita cost and make sure they'll ship to your area with it being cold-packed.

if it's not kept cold then about 35% of it's effectiveness is lost...this one must be kept cold at all times before and after opening.
