in pain.. hard to go

Hi everyone... I usually have the big D when I flare but this is so different.  I am in alot of pain...I have multiple bowel movemtns thruout the day now  ( not D) which take awhile to get out.  LOTS of rectal spasms first. then FINALLY poop.  I have gone at least 6 times tonight but each time... it feels like it takes forever...   and, if nothing  comes out.. I just spasms...any thoughts.  Prof

I was wondering.. I just got Dx'd with hypothryoid and one of the symptoms is constipation.. bowels also slow down. On synthroid now... could that be it....
