Immunosupression & palpitations??

Help!! every time i get my crohns somewhat settled on immunosupressant drugs(Humira etc - not steroids i know they give palps!!) i keep gettin palpitations & skipped beats - it feels like someone's kicking a football at me - if they go on for a while i feel like i'm going to get sick & pass lots of wind & they kinda seem to run up my throat & I can feel a bit breathless with them. In def not stressed but the thoughs of having to tell my dr & being told Im stressed is begining to stress me out a bit - tend to use stress when they don't know whats wrong with you!! Before when I got them no one knew why I was gettin them!! Have heart tests done etc.. all ok before.

Does anyone else get palps on a regular basis when things are going well??? any suggestions as to whats going on??
