ENGLAND AND DLA CLAIMS??

Has anyone in Uk managed to claim DLA (Disability Living Allowance) the NAAC suggests that you try??

It's a pity they can't transfer it to the States. I only left England 11 years ago. Do you think they would hold that against me Lol.
