Anyone ever get an itching sensation all over, especially palms?

Has anyone ever had a really annoying itching sensation all over associated with their Crohn's? I have had the sensation all week, in random spots all over my body, but most often and most severly on my palms. I know liver and kidney disease can cause generalized itching, but I just had a CBC and CMP done this week, and my liver and kidney function is normal, so it's not either of those problems. My ESR is somewhat elevated, and I'm slightly anemic, but other than that everything else is within normal limits, including my vitamin/mineral levels. Maybe just my anxiety? Or could this be related to a flare-up?

I had that when I was on both prednisone and had done the loading doses of Remicade. The itching was in random places all over my body but also consistently on my face, where I had a rash. I think I had an allergic reaction to something in the Remicade. I had also developed a lupus-like syndrome so they swtiched me to Humira. I still have itching on my face and have an appointment with a dermatologist next month. Are you taking any other meds than Pentassa?
