i hope i can post this on here cause free information is always good :) i did the quick little survey and i got my book in a couple weeks. it's a lahey clinic guide and i found it pretty informative. it's a nice little book for yourself or to give to someone that might like to learn more about your disease.

Stephanie, nice post.  I received the book about 3 months ago.  I also found the book very informative, and it's a nice resource to have on hand.  Most of the Lahey Clinic books are very good.  Hopefully others will find this post helpful.  I believe the book is promoted by the drug Humira.  Julie :-)

hey julie - i did receive a little humira package with my book so i think you are right!

i do hope people take advantage of the offer. it's the little things, really :)

Yeah I posted about that book awhile back. Its always good to let more of the newer folks know about it too. I think its a very informative book.. It talks about IBD in ways the patient can really understand:)

I bought that book in the summer.....it was expensive....if only I knew...but good book very informative
