   I have Crohns and is currently taking 30mg/day of prednisone. Even though i don't have any pain anymore i still have diahrea. I am currently taking Asacol, Humira injections ( which sometimes are painful ),  and canasa suppositories at night before bed, but still encounter diahrea ( no relief ). What could be causing me to still have diahrea ? nono

    Any advice would be helpful ! nono

No matter what I take, I will always have D. I don't have my gallbladder, and my D is mainly bile salt D. I take Questran powder every morning, and it helps alot. I still have some D, but way less. Good luck!

It seems like you answered my question. I was going to ask, is it normal to keep having symptoms while on pred.
I'm on 35mg right now (been on pred for 4 weeks now) and still have slight stomach pain, and cramping. My D is gone for now. (I'm hoping the Monday episode was food from Sunday, it never gets like that)

How long have u been taking the pred now? Also, have you found certain foods trigger it? Like milk, eggs, etc?
I find if I eat too much pizza it does it for me, but a slice is ok with me. Best wishes :)
