mouth sores.

If you have mouth ulcers does that mean you have a bad case of crohn's.My colonoscopy and and 2 cat scans show inflammation in one area by my rectum.Could I have more?How do you treat these ulcers.Thanks

i had mouth ulcers just before i went on holiday god it was agony i tried gurguling with salt and water soothed it a bit but not much you could try a mouthwash or buy a soothing gel that numbs it for a few hours.

I have had mouth ulcers all my life although they have improved in the last 2 years with the food sensitivity testing and restrictive diet. My disease remains elusive so they do not necessarily mean a bad case of crohn's. Unless most of my disease is in my mouth and upper gi tract, haven't discussed that yet with my gi doctor.
