I've recently learned that my doctor of the last 6 years is moving on to another state. I am distraught because he has come to learn me (and my various moods) very well over the years. I live in Maryland and currently see him at Johns Hopkins. I had to stay in the hospital this summer and was not impressed by any of the GI's I came into contact with, so I'm leaving the hospital altogether. Is there anyone on this site who lives in the MD/DC area with a good doctor you could recommend. Thanks.

I live in Northern Virginia and have a wonderful GI who has an office right off the beltway at Route 50-is that too far for you?
