Can ileum Cronh's cause sigmoid constipation?

I was wondering if the lower sigmoid can be irritated and constipated by illeum Chron's.

My bladder is on fire as well.

If you haven't had a colonoscope recently, it could be that you have inflammation in your sigmoid in addition to your ileum.  Any particular reason you think that it's your sigmoid in particular (as opposed to your descending colon, or any other part of your colon)?  Are you getting pain in the lower left quadrant?

If your bladder is on fire you should definitely get a urine test to check for blood and proteins in it; maybe you have a UTI.

My descending motility is very slow where the junction of the sigmoid.It become hard and extremly uncomfortable.

10 Years ago,my colonoscopy was ok.

Hi, I would recommened getting in asap to your doctor. Especially if you are having burning
in your blade it could be an infection. If you can't get into see your doctor go to the ER.

It a long term burning.It's not an infection i think.

The descending-sigmoid junction is hard and pressure build.

Also the cecum is stuck and it hurts.
