I wanted to share this Thanksgiving story with all of you because you could probably relate to this with all that we go through.
Last year we had Thanksgiving at my mother-in-laws. My sister-in-law had invited friends that I had never met, and found out during dinner they were both psychologists. (I told my kids they weren't allowed to talk!)
Anyhow, after dinner, I had to go to the bathroom. You now how it is...So after I was done, I was looking for a deodorizer because her house is somewhat small. I grabbed this little can of deodorizer that was Vanilla scented, aimed towards the toilet and spray a very small amount.
I went into the living room, and my husband says, "what's that smell?" Nobody answered him. Not because they didn't hear him, they knew what had taken place in the bathroom I'm sure. So he yells, "did someone light a candle?!" Again, nobody answers him, and I can feel my face getting warm from embarrassment. He yells again, "is someone making flavored coffee, I can smell something!!!" So, I looked at him and said, for God's sake, I went to the bathroom! I sprayed deodorizer, that's what you smell! I looked at the guests, who seemed as embarrassed as I did, and told them that if Dr. Phil contacts me about this incident, I'll know who it came from.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Again, it will be at my mother-in-laws house with the guests that are psychologists. I think I will try to find "Just A Drop" so that I don't have to spray that overpowering Vanilla scented crap again!
Happy Thanksgiving All!!!
