Remicade treatment in Europe??

I am planning on studying abroad in the Prague, Czech Republic next fall semester. My Crohn's has responded very well to the remicade with only a bit of flare-up and the general immune system weakening that remicade can cause.

Since I'll be gone for a full semester, I will need to get a remicade treatment at least once while I'm abroad. Is anyone here from outside the US, or knowledgeable about European hospitals/treatment centers?

I will be discussing this with my GI doctor, as well as my study abroad advisor, when i return to school in January, but I do want to do some research before I meet with them.

Any websites/insights/knowledge, anything at all would be very helpful!

I'm from Greece, and I know many people here who are on Remicade, they get their infusions in the local hospitals with no problem.  If I was in your shoes, I would search or contact some big hospitals in Prague, just to be on the safe side, and of course I think you should get a letter from your GI explaining your situation and the current medication you are on.  Remember, Crohns is not so common in these countries including Greece of course, that's why it's very important to be fully prepared when you go there.  And yes, Prague is a wonderful city, you will love it!!!
