I slept so badly because I felt nauseous and bloaty. I still feel so nauseous this morning I hate it. And yet here I am at work.
Don't mean to be a baby, just hate this feeling. Prevents me from wanting to eat, which keeps me from gaining the weight I need, and I just get frustrated.
Thanks for listening

I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. At least we understand what you are going through. I hope your day gets nothing but better.

i luckily got to leave work early - i had a meeting at George Mason University - i'm trying to get into their history master's program - so i didn't have to endure at work for long.
the nausea cleared around 8pm when i finally felt well enough to eat. i tried to eat some rice around 130pm - which went ok.
being nauseous has been the worst side effect for me - for the past 3+ years. on top of that, i have a phobia of vomiting - so i was in therapy for a while as well as doctor appts to figure out what was wrong with my stomach. i have the phobia under better control and better able to recognize when i feel sick and when i'll actually get sick. still no fun to feel that way - but ive noticed its been happening less often. maybe twice in the past 2 weeks! which is great! i hope to gain back at least 10 - 15 lbs. days like yesterday doesn't help, but i try to make up for it on other days when i'm feeling well :)
today i have my first follow up appt since i started the 6mp - i think it's helping so far! (only been 2 weeks) and i hope my blood work and doctor agrees!
thanks for the comments and listening :D this site has been the best find. you're all so encouraging and it's nice to know that i'm not alone and am understood :)
