Hello everyone!
I've never been able to balance my weight and exercise. If I exercise too much I lose weight, and if I don't exercise enough I get congested. With my busy work schedule and college, I get a lot of exercise...of course not always enough rest.
Do you have any suggestions on how to gain weight? I eat A LOT!!! But, I just am not gaining anything, and I am so sick and tired of being scrawny.
