My 19 month old has CF and we were told to remove the humidifiers from our house due to risk of pseudomonas. We're are a humidifier loving family and we're suffering. Are there any "safe" humidifiers or ones that are easy to clean?

Psudomonas does grow in warm moist areas, although I've never heard this about
humidifiers causing problems with psudomonas.
I've been looking into getting a humidifier myself, for while in hospital. The air gets so dry, I end up with sore throat, asthma and heavy nose bleeds.
Anyway, hope this bumps up so someone will see to answer more thouroughly.

Well,
I've never had this trouble but have you thought about
asking a doctor, electrician or somebody like that?
