Took xanax XR for anxiety for about
2 months while waiting for a SSRI to kick in. Horribly hard to get out of my system. 21 days and counting. Worked great while on it but, so many rebounds unless you take everyday, for me anyway. They say buspar is good for anxiety but it takes a while to work, but no real bad withdrawals like Benso's like Xanax. I am no doctor just what I have heard or seen on the internet.
