There is a book out called Growing Older With CF: A handbook for adults.
Found a website where you get it free, you just have to register, it's a trust worthy website IMO. They've helped me out in the past, although, I don't use the site anymore.:

It has some useful information in there, I've had mine a good few years, and it's much read by me and my fiance.

I know a few people with CF who have had kids no problem. My friend Charlie, now has a 1 year old, she struggled a lot during pregnancy and it has had a detrimental effect on her health, but she doesn't regret it for a minute. You do have to REALLY take care of yourself during pregnancy to keep your lung function, and there's a few medications you can't take unless under special circumstances. I was advised that you need a lung function of at least 60% before even considering having a child. You also need a carrier test on your partner, to make sure there is no risk of your child having CF.
