How long for welbutrin to start working?

Depends on your body type. Everyone is different - when they started me on
Wellbutrin, I became suicidal (my original problem 5 years ago) and had to
immediately stop using it. They say most of these meds take 2-3 weeks to
"kick in."

Hello carmen,

I agree it depends on the indibidual. However the rule of thumb seems to be for the full therapeutic effect it is 4-6 weeks for most people.
