Took amitriptyline too fast.. DO I NEED THE ER

I have taken amitriptyline of 70mg and 80mg two days in a row. I had only been on 5mg for a few months. But I was getting jolts that kept waking me up so I was desperate. Now my heart was beating 160bpm for about half an hour at rest and had a few skips earlier in the day when I woke up. I drank a lot of water and it seemed to slow it down to less than 120 for the rest of the day. But I'm very worried I took too much and it's too big of a shock for my heart. I do get skips if I get up or sit down too fast. So far it's been around 100bpm in the evening and doesn't skip if I'm careful. However I feel like it may slightly skip or it's my imagination. It's been 26 hours since I took it. How long does this last and do I need the ER?? And please don't scare me and respond if you looked up the answer somewhere online.

Go to ER as you took much larger dose then you should have and this is an old drug, you need to see a physician.

The max I was ever on was 75 mg and this is a drug they can run a lab on for a blood level.
