Hey there my friend, it has been awhile. Those of us blessed with depression wish with all our hearts that we could be happy as the sadness is so painful. Soemtimes it is the medication that blunts our feelings. Other times it is situations.
Remember to stay in the moment.
It's really important for myself to be able to stay in the moment. I have found that by avoiding things like dwelling on past mistakes or worrying about the future I am usually able to get done what needs to get done when it needs to get done.
Within the past couple of days I keep finding myself not staying in the moment. I am reacting to a situation that happened on Monday and I am running it over and over in my head. I need to throw out that thought and stay in the moment.

If you can learn to stay present in the moment then you can rapidly and gracefully change your life for the better!
