I am going through a lot of emotional problems...I am married and i have two kids..but bcoz of what i am going thru right now..i cannot concentrate on anything..plz if anyone can support me for a bit of time..please...

I usually don't post on this board, I have multiple scelerosis and depression at times is a big problem for me and I read your post...I'llv do what I can to help you deal with it and give you support...name is Dennis btw..

there are lots us on the boards, all of us wanting to listen

Hi Lots,

I posted on the intro thread to you. You are a wonderful person that is concerned about your relationship at home. I think if you can put this other behind you, you will be fine.

Know that we are here for you through this difficult time and will offer the best advice that we can to you.

Give yourself some credit, you have a wonderful family and they love you deeply. You really haven't done anything that wrong. So kick this to the curb and get on with your loving family life. Easy as that. You are a special, loving person. And dont' deserve to feel guilty.

thank you very much for all ur support..but i really need to vent..i need to cry out to let go...i am doing that a lot..
u guys are sweet..really...i needed someone to say that i havent done anything wrong...

Feel free to say whatever you want to say. It can be such a great relief to just write down everything that is bugging you, hit the submit button, and be done with it. Because there are a lot of men and women in this world that love you, and care for you. They are all around you, but if they don't know that there is anything wrong with you, they might not show their care.

You sound like a very loving mother, maybe you forget yourself? You and your happiness are just as important as that of everyone, so care for yourself as well. I don't know what brings you joy, but when you've done something, compliment yourself for it. Grab some time for yourself and do something you enjoy. That might help.
