I am sorry to hear you are in a bad place right now but coming here and sharing with others who know where your coming from and what you are going through is a good things.
Please do feel comfortable in sharing as much or as little as your comfortable with.
Never lose hope in dealing with your fears and depression. Notice your feelings, figure out what's real, ask 'so what?', make it bigger than life, walk through it, and celebrate who you are. Do these things, make them habits.
You may benefit from talking with your physician as medication and therapy may be something that would help you. Also exercise and a healthy diet are very helpful.
