some clear signs are:
1. sleep disturbance
2.over sleeping, missing appts.
3. lack of energy.
4. emotional instability
5. withdrawal from friends, society and things you enjoy
6. eating issues, home duties, cleanliness-letting things go, and ourseves as well.
7. becoming distant, fatigued, confused and disconnected.
