depressed to the core

need to think, more like, ponder. i wish i could sleep 4 6 weeks. i am a bit of a mess. my thinking is disorganized. too many darn things of top priority. i have avoidance coped badly tonight, thus i think that i will turn the computer off for a couple of days. i wish i could shut down. 2.41 am, sleep, i hope soon. too much pain, feet, legs, body. been violently ill the last few days and extremely weak. i need a reco brain, this one is stuffed. i am becoming disgruntled, esp with my post to zapped. well from zapped's response. jd68 thread. and with zapped's comments regarding the depression paper. i don't like posting in this fashion. life has become to fast, i am behind with everything, school, bills, people. need serious rest. i have a lot of medical appts soon, worried about my heart. i know my arteries are blocked, as my gp knows, how bad, well in a few weeks i will know. too many appts lately, too many people bugging me. the do not disturb is going up. i apologise for being cranky, that's what happens when i breakdown. depressed to the core. talk soon. jamie.

not that I am one to talk, but you really don't sound like yourself. Can you talk to your doctor? Maybe a med change is in order. My PCP just upped my sleeping pills by 50% & that did help a bit. Sleep is so important, my friend. Not sleeping will affect your thought, emotions & physical health -- as I'm sure you well know.

I'm sorry you are under so much stress right now. As for zapped -- why not click the thumbs down and block all of his posts from your view? I thought just based on the title that that post would set me off, so I've not read it at all, but if anyone is ever troubling you you can click to ignore them, you can report them to the Forum Administrator or you can email a moderator to ask them to review whether a particular member should be reprimanded or not allowed on the site. There's no guarantee that will happen, or how quickly it will happen, though, so that's why I recommend the thumbs down (located in the upper right corner of a person's post). I've used the thumbs down feature myself sometimes. No one even knows that you used it except you. :)

 hi there Jamiee i've just read ur post and you really dont seem to be the usual out there Jamiee that we know. Sound's like ur doing it really tough at this time?? I must agree that maybe you ned a change of med's,some councelling and most definately you need some SLEEP!!

Jamie - I am new to this forum, but it is clear from the replies that you are not you usual self. I know it is really hard to turn off our minds. Have you ever tried to meditate. You can look up one of the meditation or relaxation sites on the computer and listen to it while you are in bed. It may help you get some sleep. Also, you mentioned that you were on Avanza (Avinza???) for depression. I don't know what Avanza is, but Avinza is a narcotic drug and it it is new to you or if you regularly take it and are not now, you could be going through withdrawal. Hope things go better.
