hello to everyone bella is back online.  Ive been in hospital for the past 7 weeks.  I've been very sick but am better now, its still a long road for me though.  This is the first time ive used a computer in a long time.  My dog bella is lying here beside me, I've really missed her. I thought she wouldn't remember me but she did. I still get those tension headaches but I know it's all related to fear.  Fear of the future that is. Well i will keep in touch, hope everyone is improving.

Hi Bella,

Sorry that you were in the hospital for so long. I am not surprised that your dog recognized you. They know. They are such loyal companions.

I hope that you feel well enough to post more. We are all here for you.

Hi everyone I am not doing so well today. I feel so depressed and the tension in my head is excrutiating. I saw my carer today and he took me out for a cup of coffee.  I saw my doctor yesterday and told him I was better but today I am feeling really low.

That seems to happen to me a lot. I feel good when I see the doctor, but then the next day I have issues. I have a thing called a bed buddy. It is like a long tube that you put around your neck. It is full of rice. You heat it in the microwave. It relieves the tension in your neck with warm moist heat. It often takes tension headaches away because it relaxes the muscles in your neck and shoulders. If you get tension headaches a lot, you might want to try that.

hi everyone especially to Jaimie and Karen.  Thanks for your warm wishes.  I have been feeling much better the last few days. I hope things stay stong for me.  My dog bella misses me every time I go out, I have really spoiled her.  At the moment shes asleep next to my feet.

Hi everyone its bella.  Sorry I haven't been online but I've been busy helping my auntie and uncle.  My uncle is suffering from lung cancer and is not doing to well, my auntie has Oestoporois in her back so I have been helping them as much as I can.  This blasted tension in my head is still around but I really am trying to beat it.  Bella, my dog, is sitting next to me as usual.  I hope everyone is doing well.

Hi everyone

I dont know where to start, I say that line to my doctor everytime (ha).  I've had a rough few days.  I've been crying alot and have cursing GOD for this horrible, horrible illness he has given me.  I've also had terrible tension headaches.  I saw my doctor today and told him everything and he said if I continue this way I would go back to hospital.  I really DONT want to go back at all so I better get better.  Why do I find this so hard to do, I don't know.  Please help me guys.

Hi Bella,

You are being awful hard on your self for something that you can't help. Take this one day at a time. Write a list of things that you want to talk to the doctor about. Know that we are all here behind you. I hope that you feel better soon.
