im in the ward at this moment!

hello people.

i didnt think that thety would have internet in here but recently they just fixed there computer and bingo we have internet. my first day in here was very traumatic. i was constantly followed by another patient who is very dilerius. and also found him in my bed at one point. but after awhile i eventualy talked to him and he seemed quite harmless. there has been screams and panic alarms going off and i had a run in with someone who tried to jump down some stairs and i saved them from doing it by grabbing them. other than these few things everyone here is very nice. the staff here are more than helpfull and things have picked up for me dramaticly. ive had one panic attack but sorted it by taking deep breaths.

i have learnt so much from the few days i have been here. it has really opened my eyes to the worlds problems. my heart goes out to all these people in this ward and to all the people on this forum and to all the people who suffer. ive had regular visitors which has really picked my spirits up and am expecting a visitor tomorrow from a very old friend who i havnt seen in years.

soon i am to see a consultant who will decide on if im aloud to leave the building from time to time. and hopefuly they are going to seek acomadation for me elsewhere and have a crisis team visit me from day to day.

i cant express the the greatfulness of all the surport im getting.

I am so happy that you have internet there. And I am glad that things are going good for you and that you feel that you are learning there.

Find my thread on how everybody is supportive of everybody else. Depression is hard, we are all suffering, but if you read all of the posts you will see that there is a lot of support going on here.
