hi emily, sorry you are feeling down. what usually makes you feel better, for me walking, i did this a few moments ago, just as dawn is breaking, freshens your mind, you can pick some flowers etc. good for the doggy too!! in a sense you have done well in identiying that you are getting down, this shows your awareness of yourself. a chat with your doc/counsellor would be an ideal thing, you made need some change in doseage of medication/change of meds etc, that is if you are taking such, if not a discussion with your doc can aide you with the best treatment options available. if speaking with a trusted friend helps, then this adviseable too. please let us know how you go, providing that is okay for you. keep safe, jamie.

Hi Emily,
I think that Jamie is right, you shoudl talk to a professional about
this. A counselor is a good start.
I really hope that you start feeling better. It is so hard to be depressed. Keep posting and let us know how you are doing. Know that we are here for you.
Hugs, Karen

Good for better! When you have been down and then start to feel better, that is such a good and welcome feeling. Hope things continue to look up.
