Hey it is Me again...

I havent been on for a while..

Because I have had some dramers lately..

So I am feeling down in the dumps...

But I have been still going to dancing...

I have to keep an eye on my asthma since it is winter here...

Well I am going to go now...

I have not long got up so I am still in m p.J's....

I start work at 3pm this afternoon...

I am listing to some of my dance music at the moment...

At the moment... I some times feel like curling up in a corner and crying....

Yea I hope so....

2 of my brothers are not togeather with there partners and they have both got kids..

And I have a friend that is going out with a guy that is way older then her...

And one of my neice got bitten by a dog..

So I am just feeling overwhelmed and emotianol

Take some deep cleansing breaths and try to relax.  I think that it would do you some good right now.  I can see how you would be overwhelmed, but being upset doen't change the situation.  It just brings negative energy.  Remember...  Cleansing breaths.  In through the nose and out through the mouth.  It is called smelling the roses and blowing out the candles.  You can co this.

Ok Karen I will try to take deep cleansing breathes..

I have dancing tomorrow night so I hope that helps...

I have a long and trying day today at work...

I am going to go now and have my tea and practise some of my dancing...

Yes keep up the breathing, it keeps the anxiety down. I am so proud of you going to dance class. I hope that you enjoy it. Best wishes my friend. Let us know how things go for you. I will be waiting to hear.

Dancing went really well the other night, I talked to my dance teacher about some stuff..

I had work today and it was only for 5 hours but it went ok, was tiring though..

Feeling abit wezzy tonight..

I went to church this morning and then spent time with my 5 year old nephew...

I hope that your mom feels better. I am glad that you went to church. I hope that you had a lovely time.

We got a thunderstorm this morning and my dog kept getting on my pillow and laying on my head. German shepherd pup, so it wasn't very comfortable for me. But we sure needed the rain. Everything has cooled off now.

My mum is still not feeling well.

I dont like thunderstorms... Because I get sore ears as my ears are sensitive..

I went to church today...

I work today from 2pm till 7pm... So I got to go and have lunch soon...

I am feeling really tired today... and I have a bit of a headace..
