queensland floods.

queensland australia is doing it tough, floods, and

massive floods!!!!!!! water steaming down rivers at

21 meters high. still flooding, moving south, rapidly.

thousands of cars, homes, boats and businesses are

being washed down stream. people have died, animals

etc. keep them in your thoughts. very distressing for

me, i have family up there. jamie

I saw this on the news and I am so sorry you have family there as well as all of the people living in that area.

Hi Jamie

It's crazy the amount of flooding that has hit Queensland, I hope the floods have not affected your family. I have a few friends and some family over in OZ travailing so hope they are not in any problems.

Hi Everyone

Thanks for your kind words of support for the poor people in Queensland.  These are the worst floods in Australian history, so much loss of life, properties, stock and animals, livelihoods etc.  Australia is in shock as these kind of things never happen to us, they happen to other parts of the world but not to Australia.  We are a country who band together and rally to our mates' aid whenever needed.

I am sure all the prayers that are being offered will be answered by God.

Yes I am doing pretty good and yes it has been a while since I have posted.

Things have improved dramatically with my daughter and I.  The best part is that we are going to be first time grandparents in early March.  I know what you are thinking, wow what a dramatic improvement!   Well I guess my prayers were answered and I can't express my excitement and of course I have gone all out for my precious little grandaughter, yes its a girl!

Glad to hear you are doing okay.  Those floods are so bad aren't they?  Who would ever have thought that the city of Brisbane would suffer so badly and the inland tsunami in Toowoomba is still so hard to grasp.

I think we will have to keep praying for them and I hope your family are okay.

I've seen the floods in Queensland. Its really bad in the UK too. Wales is badly flooded. Where I am is getting bad too. It rained non stop today and the winds are scarily strong. You keep safe. As all of the members on HW. Its been bad since the winter storm 2010. Keep safe and well.

I have been following the floods all over and it is truly devestating.  I am glad to here things are looking better in Queensland.
