One thing that I notice with myself is that I still sleep all the time. I can sleep for 12 hours at a time and still be exhausted. I have even tried to set an alarm clock to get myself up sooner, but it's always the same result. But as I get up and go, I notice that I'm usually better than if I sleep all the time. Exercise helps me also. I have noticed that when I find that "escape" like exercising or just talking to a friend about how I feel, I don't sleep as much, plus I'm a happier person. One saying that I like to remember is "slowly, but surely". Slowly I get to feeling better, but surely it will happen.
