got a letter in the mail. shrink appt has been pulled back from the 25th to the 18th, excellent!!!!!!! need to speak with him post haste. will advise. jamie. just thought i'd let ya's know.

sign up for study fri morning. i have to pay $ 860 towards the fee. the govermnent is only part subsidising. oh well. will be applying for RPL on units i have already done. -depending if there is fees on that!!!!!

 got bits and peices, modules and course guide. so will need to do a payment plan. cheers, jamie.

ps did not sleep well. my dog escaped for an hour and a half. this was in the wee hrs. i let her out for a pee, i accidently left the gate open. yesterday was tough,

Jamie,

Good for you.  You need to concentrate on your studies.  When I went back to school with 4 kids at home classes started in July and the first thing the teacher told us was to put up are Christmas trees then as we would not have time in December. LOL, she was right.

signed up.classes. seen the shrink, shrink increased abilify from 10mg to 15mg. seroquel staying on it, but to help me be less groggy and a better nights sleep he has given me the xr-modified release, 800mg. also i am rapid cycling. he has given me a pathology slip, for lithium u+e and for hyper- some thing to do with calcium. apparently lithium can cause bone pains. there is a big word i can't pronounce. he gave me an appointment for 3 weeks. he is nice. thx 4 lisyening, jamie

Lithium is still the preferred treatment for bipolar, Type I. It isn't a perfect medication, however, Jamie, as you know.

Please keep close watch on your kidneys; watch for acne developing,
and trembling. Drink plenty of water while you're on lithium. Make
sure your psychiatrist does blood work about every three months to make sure you're having no difficulties.

School is going to make a big difference in how you feel. I hope you enjoy it. I always loved school.

slept very well on the modified release of seroquel. much, much better. awaiting for the increase in the abilify to kick in as well. got to get a letter of the training provider mon morn, so i can getsome study money. thx all. jamie

GOT LETTER SUBMITTED TO THE GOVERMNENT. NOW VERY TIRED. A LOT OF WALKING. CHEERS, JAMIE. HAVE CRASHED A TAD.

HELPED MY NEIGHBOUR MOVE A TRAILER, CLEANED UP AROUND THE HOUSE. SOUGHT OF PUSHED THROUGH THE TIRED PHASE-WAS HARD. SUGARS SLOWLY IMPROVING-MAYBE BECAUSE I AM LESS HUNGARY AND NOT EATING AS MUCH. THAT HAPPENS WHEN I CRASH. JUST TRYING TO GO WITH THE FLOW AT THE MOMENT, IN THE MOMENT AND 1 DAY AT A TIME STUFF-BUT PERSONALLY I AM CRAVING PERSONNEL COMPANY. been a long day. bad nights sleep last night. bob visited twice-ciggarettes, his payday in the morn, yep i will get a pack. steve said he was coming, nothing and now my darn e-mail is down again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bought note pads etc for school, did fasting bloods real early as well. my neighbour irene drove me. focus is still hard, reading, but i am responding to larger posts, need to be able to retain info, i am getting there. have cleaned, walked the dog twice and been to the chemist as well. currently trying to find the best time to take the xr-seroquel, was too early last night-thus 7.45pm tonight. sugars better see the community diabetes educator tomorrow arvo, bob seems a little better. oh well, talk soon. thx for listening. jamie
