I am sorry that you feel so badly. It is so hard with depression. And when the fatigue gets you, it is unbearable. But you will pull through. Have you thought about a weight loss program with exercise? Maybe at a gym. Where you would meet new people and have others working for the same goal. Just a thought.

Living with depression is one of the hardest things to do. Know that we are here to support you and give you feedback from our experiences. But we can't replace a professional.
Are you on any medications now? There are new ones that you might not have tried yet. I tried many different ones before I found what worked for me. I even tried some of them twice. Just never give up. Coming here can sometimes be a lifeline. So when you are feeling down, come and read or reply, maybe even give some advice with your life's experiences.
