don't know what it is or what is causing it but i am ultra depressed. things will turn around i guess. a lot on my mind, yes, a lot to do, yes. but this level of depression is tearing me up and it plain just sux. my shrink has written to me, my appt has been stretched another week and a half, i am pissed about this and will let him know. need to make an appt to see my gp. will do this in the next few days. will study tomorrow if feeling better. steve has gone home, my mate, so i have the place back to myself. am really worried about my mum and brother. hopefully my brother has settled from his time in hospital. mum is at her wits end. thanks for caring. jamie

I really hope that things start getting better for you. You have been struggleing for a while now. It is hard I know. I have been kind of down lately, but getting better. Slow and steady my dear friend. Know that we are all thinking of you.

will look up the module in my folder. was a zombie this morning, slowly getting there. been highlighting and doing some notes. got some clothes dry, weather nice last 2 days, more clothes to go on the line. done some other stuff around the house as well. been 2 the shop, walked buttons and had a cuppa with my neighbour. jamie busy boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jamie sure is busy boy. I am glad you got to see your nieghbour and walked buttons. That is cool. I get my hair done today. Excited about it. got up early as hubby woke me up. Saying it was later than it was,. I think he just wanted the bed to himself. lol...

the depression is biting a tad today. a lot is going on in my mind. so many things to do. need a sh#t load of money for the sleep study, got my shrink appt coming up, this will be difficult as i want of the sedating seroquel!!! massively behind in school..........not much motivation to study.........then my brother, will go down soon and see how he is going. will miss school fri due to shrink appt!!!!!!! aaaaaarrrrrghhhhhhhhh his clinic is fri only. georgia's birthday soon. nice memories-but tinged with sadness. thx for caring, jamie

Sounds like you got your hands full Jamie. Hope that you can do sometthing nice for you. I hope that you feel better soon. Did the doc say anything about seroquil? Keep trying my friend. You will get there.

Jamie: I too am glad to hear that your brother is doing better. Both you and your mom must feel a little bit of relief from that. Good to hear that you're keeping yourself busy visiting the neighbors. I'm beginning to understand myself how important it is to keep up with friends; even if it is for a little bit.

Good luck with your studies. I have been picking up with mine once again. After I finish some stuff for work (hopefully Wednesday), I can really move forward full force again. I know this is easier said than done, but don't stress too much over it. You've been in a difficult position and I think that you're doing great.

Keep fighting for the sleep study. We're right here behind you!
