all i could do yesterday was think. rang mum and siblings, bro is much better, so that is good. last night i took my meds went to bed but could not sleep. woke up having a hypo, ate quickly and went back to bed. i awoke many times after, so now i feel like a zombie again!! this sux, for 2 nights i did borderline ok, last night was the pits. sleep dr. tomorrow. will advize how it goes.

am fatigued and feeling blah. jamie. sore gut as well.

Really sorry this hit you again, Jamie. I know how you feel. I had two
glasses of tea the day before and went through unimaginable distortion of thought and crazy ideas until I could get lots of water going down and cut out the breads; it worked.

It's so much in the diet, don't you think, Jamie? For me, it's an allergy
to caffeine and wheat; the best of antihistamines will help a lot. Do you know yet what it is that causes you to endure the same thing? I hope you find it.

In the meantime, I'm very sympathetic with your symptoms and hope you shake it from you soon. Disturbing the rest is just something I wish could be eliminated from us completely.

Jamie: I hope you are doing better today too. I had really hoped that med change was going to bring some relief for you.

Thank you for updating me on your brother. It must give you some relief to know he is doing better. You've really been a rock for him and your mom.

My thoughts are with you and i hope you get to a sleep doctor soon.

sleep dr. was very good indeed, a lovely man although forty mins late. he wants to rule out neuro from aponea. i do talk in my sleep, laugh, toss and turn and jerk. my o2 sats wre perfect, bp was perfect and my pulse was fine. he did say that why wheezing is smoking based, he could tell this by how many i smoked a day, i told him up front, plus i saw the nicotine stains on my fingers!!!!!!!! i saved 38 bucks today because he bulked billed me. this was nice. i have a agreed to do the sleep study-but not till late sept, this gives me a chanc to get my finances in order-along with a myriad of other things as well. am stuffed. time to rest for a bit. thx 4 caring guys. it means soo much to me. love 2 u all. jamie

slept well last night. and had a kip early today...........catch up!!!!!!!!!! been busy with stuff. filled in the hospital admin stuff for the procedure. put my clothes on the line and did my dishes. time for another kip i reckon!!!!!!!!! glen has been over twice and i am still entertaining my mate steve. got school in the morning. lets hope i sleep well again tonight. with much compassion to you all, jamie.

thank you. bp is managed.

sleep study, can get up and move i was told. and sleep the way i sleep. there is a two-way intercom as well. this is being done in a private hospital.

made it to school. my lecturer introduced me to the student advisor, said hi and my lecturer advided her that i would like like to study the course again next year. (re mental health amd physical reasons) she will get back to me. jamie.
