Karen, a mop and broom eh? You must be very co-ordinated. I dance okay on my own, but add anything else in the mix and you'd never know. lol!
Display, I love to journal. It is really helpful to put the thoughts and feelings 'out there' to look at them and process. I think you have very helpful coping skills in place and I identified with several of them as things that help me too.
Was thinking of Maggie today. I think she would add a gratitude journal to combat depression. I have never done that but think it sounds very good. Maggie, when you get back, know that we were thinking of you. You are in our prayers.
